When Mediation can Help you with your Debts:
Mediation can help you settle your debts before they are in the court system or after they are already in the  court system. Courts often recommend or order debt collection cases to mediation. Here at the E.U.P. Community Dispute Resolution Center over 75% of  mediation cases are for debt-related. In mediation you can voice your concerns and problems as well as what is do-able for you.  With a neutral party guiding that conversation, agreement and  a solid resolution to your debt is very possible. The mediator will help you and the other party reach an agreement that is affordable and acceptable to everyone.
