Cost
Fees are waived for those agreeing to volunteer 25 hours of mediation within two years. The fee for non-volunteers is $650.

The course includes extensive hands-on activities and exercises. It prepares volunteers to mediate for the Community Dispute Resolution Program, but also provides useful skills for anyone who wishes to resolve disputes peacefully. It can be very helpful to managers, human resources personnel, teachers, coaches and community leaders.
